About the Company:
Ravensdown is a farmer owned co-operative within the agricultural sector. We exist to help our farmers optimise soil fertility and productivity to run their businesses in a profitable and sustainable way with a focus on lowering environmental impact. Beyond fertiliser, we provide nutrient management services, technical advice and essential farm inputs delivered how, where and when they are needed by our customers.
About the Role:
The Environmental Consultancy provides innovative consulting services as part of a solution to the environmental challenges facing NZ's primary sector. This role plays a key part in supporting the Consultancy's administrative and project requirements.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager your daily work will be full of variety and could range from project workflow, liaising with farmers, booking audits, assisting with reporting requirements, month end invoicing and supporting consultants to manage their project deliverables.
This is a part time role at 30 hours per week and is also fixed term for 12 months, to provide parental leave cover.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience in an administrative position
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office (365) suite of products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint
- Time management and priority setting skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
