Minimum Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay & Benefits: $24-25 per hour (negotiable depending on experience/qualification)
Key Requirements:
3 years of experience and/or Level 4 qualification (or above)
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Care and Production of plants in the Nursery
Production of plants to a high standard and specific requirements
Grafting of plants and control of manual and automatic watering system
Manage applying pesticides to control and prevent environmental plant disorders
Keeping records of soil mixtures, plantings, treatments, losses and yields, general plant care and monitoring for irregularities
Advising on plant care for local conditions
Maintain inventory, ordering materials as required
