This is a permanent full-time role based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) role fully based onsite at our office in Addington. You'll begin with a hands-on classroom training (training hours: 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday), designed to set you up for success. Following this you'll be working five days covering weekdays between
and every second Saturday or Sunday between

  • Review existing policies to ensure customers are fully covered.
  • Resolve queries effectively and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain product and system knowledge, including compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and deliver on IAG's purpose.
