What are we looking for?


•Outstanding presentation, communication, time management and attention to detail.


•You have amooozing customer service skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure


•Help customers with product choices, answer questions and offer advice

Responsibilities include;


•Scoop Shop day to day operations, equipment maintenance and store cleaning, food safety, and customer service


•Interaction with customers and informing them about products, promotions and events


•Creating wonderful Ben and Jerry's treats for our customers including scoops, milkshakes, Ice-cream cakes and baked goods


•Working well with our Scoop Shop team to bring customer excellence and achieve targets


•Undertake relevant staff training


•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions


•Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately

Work Environment

Scoop Shop is open 7 days per week, morning, and evening hours; individual must be willing to work a flexible rotating roster across evenings, weekends, extended hours, and holidays.
