Our expertise spans a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, telecommunications, industrial structures, and earthquake-related design and assessments.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Cambridge, Waikato.


About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in:

  • Technical modelling, analysis, and design for residential, commercial, bridging, and industrial projects
  • Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Mentoring graduate engineers and overseeing the work of draftspersons
  • Providing technical review and sign-off

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering
  • CPEng registration (Chartered Professional Engineer)
  • 8+ years of industry experience
  • Strong technical review and leadership capabilities
  • Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills
