Grapple Loader Operator

We're seeking an experienced Grapple Loader Operator for a busy operation in the Hawke's Bay region. If you're confident behind the controls and enjoy working in a supportive environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate front-end loaders with grapple attachments to load trucks efficiently.
  • Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
  • Assist with fleeting and other site tasks as required.
  • Work closely with supervisors, truck drivers, and dispatch to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Follow all site safety and environmental procedures.

What You'll Need

  • Valid WTR Endorsement (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating a loader (grapple experience essential).
  • Reliable transport and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
