Motor Supplier Performance Specialist

Maintaining relationships with our key suppliers is important to ensure that we are getting the best service for our customers at the best price. As a Supplier Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers are compliant with our health and safety, SCOP requirements, along with carrying out audits and addressing customer complaints regarding our preferred supplier network.

What You'll Do

• Performance management of motor repairers and suppliers for Vero NZ and associated brands.
• Carry out audits and identify opportunities with repairers and suppliers to improve performance in terms of cost control, customer service, repair quality, repair cost, process evolution, governance and compliance.
• Establish, deploy, and manage claims improvement initiatives as required.
• Be the point of contact for motor suppliers and their queries.
• Handle all escalated complaints made against motor suppliers.
• Provide onsite assessment expertise and assist in the development of automation opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary, Procurement or Motor Trade Qualifications (Required)
• Supplier Performance management experience (Preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering project objectives in a timely manner
• Ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders across a number of business units
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in building mutually beneficial and trust-based relationships with internal partners and supplier
