Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

You'll
oversee the day-to-day operations of Trevelyan's on-site accommodation camp
during own main season with a start date around mid-February, finishing up
around mid-June. You will ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive living
environment for all residents. From coordinating guest allocations to
maintaining facilities, you'll play a key role in ensuring the camp runs
smoothly and reflects Trevelyan's commitment to care and respect.

Your
mahi will include:

  • Managing daily
    camp operations, records, and guest allocations
  • Ensuring
    facilities and equipment are maintained, repaired, and safe
  • Coordinating and
    completing cleaning and waste management schedules
  • Upholding health,
    safety, and wellbeing standards
  • Liaising with
    Pastoral Care, HR, and Engineering teams to resolve any issues
  • Maintaining
    accurate accommodation and administrative records
  • Supporting
    gardening and general maintenance of campgrounds

You're
proactive, approachable, and calm under pressure. You're someone who enjoys
helping others and can balance care and compliance. You'll have an eye for
detail, great communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. This role
is based on site, with the individual provided free accommodation at the
campground (just bring your motorhome).
