We're looking for a receptionist extraordinaire with a fantastic, positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humour to join our lovely team.  The village will have a receptionist daily, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications & experience

  • Empathy and understanding
  • Ability to multitask and jump in when required
  • A high level of organization and efficiency is required to run our front-of-house.
  • Accurate word processing skills and a high level of communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel & formulas
  • Knowledge of MYOB is an advantage
  • Experience with Canva and Apps is an advantage
  • First aid qualification and Health & Safety experience are an advantage
  • Experience in functions and event management is an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

  • To provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors that exceeds their expectations.
  • To support the day-to-day management & compliance of the village by following policies and procedures

    based on legislation as working documents.
  • To assist village administration, including data entry & efficient processing of information.
  • To maintain and promote a professional approach at all times, fostering positive working relationships.
  • To assist in maintaining an immaculate village environment.
  • Uphold professional standards & development and adhere to Health & Safety policy at all times.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy front-of-house position.
