Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a proven track record in merchandise planning? Do you enjoy using data and insights to make smart decisions, drive category growth, and ensure our stores always have the right products at the right time?

Flo & Frankie is looking for an experienced Merchandise Planner to join our Head Office team and help boost sales, maintain optimal stock levels, and keep our product mix fresh, relevant, and irresistible. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your insights, commercial instincts, and clever decision-making make a real impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO : 

  • Managing store replenishment, stock allocations, and inter-store transfers to make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Analysing sales data, product performance, and trends to provide actionable insights that drive category growth and profitability.
  • Supporting seasonal promotions, markdowns, and carryover stock to optimise sales and margins.
  • Collaborating with Buying, Marketing, and Retail teams to align product strategies and deliver the best customer experience.
  • Identifying opportunities and risks through data and recommending strategies to improve category performance.
  • Supporting process improvements and efficiencies across planning and stock management workflows.
  • Working with store teams to gather insights on product performance, customer behaviour, and category opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING : 

  • Proven experience in merchandise planning, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning or other IT systems.
  • Solid understanding of customer behaviour, trends, and category performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating across multiple teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving results.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for creating a great product mix and helping the business grow.
