Are you passionate about fresh produce and ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Produce 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to support our Produce Manager and help lead one of the busiest departments in the store.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Produce department.
  • Ensure top-quality presentation and availability of fresh fruit and vegetables.
  • Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and store standards.

Roster & Hours:

  • Sunday & Monday: 4:00am – 2:30pm
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:30pm

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in produce or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work early mornings and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
