• Full-time (Minimum 30 hrs/week | Average 38–45 hrs/week)

Pay: from $30 per hour up to $40 per hour


Twin Peaks Earthworks is growing, with ongoing and upcoming projects across the Queenstown Lakes District.

We are looking for capable, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team in a range of full-time roles. If you're seeking stable employment, supportive leadership, and real opportunities to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.


Available Roles
Machine Operators
  • At least 2 years relevant experience OR a level 4 qualification. GPS experience preferred but not essential.  Experience operating at least one of the following: excavators, bulldozers, loaders, or pozi tracks.
  • Duties include operating excavators, loaders, bulldozers and other plant to carry out trenching, excavation, site preparation, backfilling, and general earthworks; following site plans and instructions; and completing basic pre-start checks.
Truck Drivers
  • At least 2 years relevant experience OR a level 4 qualification. Class 4-5 licence required. Duties include transporting material to and from work sites.
Labourers
  • At least a Level 1 qualification OR a secondary school qualification. Perform general site duties across civil and earthworks projects, including excavating earth, clearing and levelling sites.
