What We're Looking For:
Qualified Craftsman/Tradesman Plumber, Drainlayer & Gas Fitter (current NZ registration & license).
Strong experience in commercial plumbing and drainage.
Ability to run a commercial site independently.
Proven leadership skills — able to supervise and support staff on site.
Confident with project paperwork, site documentation, variations, QA, and health & safety requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial projects.
Manage and mentor staff, apprentices, and subcontractors.
Ensure all work meets compliance requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers, main contractors, and clients.
Complete site paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
