What you'll be doing:

As a Footwear Buyer, you will be responsible for the execution of the merchandise strategy across your brands. You will play a pivotal role within the business, ensuring the buying requirements are met, that the range is balanced, cohesive and commercially focused on continual growth. With your strong commercial acumen and love of Footwear, you'll ensure we're delivering inspiring, on-trend, and high performing ranges that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international suppliers
• Analyse sales performance and trends to make data-led decisions
• Source new brands through various channels, build relationships with potential suppliers and ensure product is in line with the Head of Merchandise buying strategy.
• Work closely with Planning, Marketing, and Franchise owners to bring compelling product stories to life in-store and online

About you:

• Proven experience in a similar Buying role - ideally within footwear or Apparel
• A strong eye for style, trends, and detail
• Excellent supplier management skills
• Confident in analysing data and making commercial decisions
• A great collaborator and communicator.
