About the role - Korero mo te turanga
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project managing the development of an important building works project and associated deliverables.
This role requires functional mastery in project planning and execution, stakeholder management, resource management, risk management, financial management, reporting, documentation, and supply chain management to ensure successful project outcomes.

The full salary range for this role is $127,417 to $172,387 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. We expect to appoint around the midpoint $149,902 - give or take depending on your level of experience.

We'd like to hear from you if you are an experienced Project Manager with the following skills and experience:
- We're looking for someone with experience in or affinity for managing property projects with a strong security overlay
- You'll have a number of years (8+) of successful project delivery of complex projects
- You'll be a natural collaborator - collaborating well with peers and contributing to a better project management practice.
- Must be able to demonstrate that they are outcome oriented and meet timelines and deliverables/objectives required within budget.
- A current security clearance will be advantageous
- Understanding of The Treaty of Waitangi/Te Tiriti, Te Reo Maori and Maori customs and protocols would be beneficial.
