Palmerston North Central, New Zealand College Hill Agency Full time NZ$65,000 - NZ$100,000 per year

College Hill Agency requires a full-time sales representative to cover a period of maternity leave in the lower north island area. This role is based in Palmerston North or Feilding. The position is available for approximately 11 months on a contract basis. Hours are somewhat flexible.

College Hill Agency is a leading sales agency operating in supermarkets and specialty food retail outlets throughout New Zealand since 1985.

This role requires an enthusiastic, detail oriented and organized applicant to work with an existing store call cycle and established relationships. There is no cold calling required in this role. Supermarket experience would be helpful but not essential, and we encourage those working in hospitality or public facing roles currently to apply as we have had a lot of success with candidates with similar experience in the past. The role is largely self-managed but there is support from two other reps in the wider area, four merchandisers and a sales manager.

Additionally, applicants must be happy behind the wheel as the position requires an estimated 50,000 KM's of driving each year. There is regular overnight travel required including company conferences and special events.

Full hands-on training will be provided from late January and will set the candidate up for success alone in the role from late February
