O-Studio Queenstown is a modern, purpose-built recovery and wellness studio helping people slow down, reset, and feel their best. We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable person to join our team as a Studio Facilitator. This is an important role that blends customer service, sales, and day-to-day studio operations.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position (15–20 hours per week) includes weekday shifts and one Sunday shift per week.

You must also be available over the Christmas period (excluding 24th, 25th, and 26th December).

As a Studio Facilitator, you'll help our members and guests experience the full benefits of O-Studio's services — Float Therapy, Sauna, Ice Bath, Massage, and Recovery Spaces. You'll play a key part in creating a calm, welcoming environment while supporting the studio's smooth daily operation and sales growth.

  9. Maintain a tidy, safe, and inviting environment across all spaces.

  10. Ensure everything runs smoothly for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and provide Float, Sauna, and other service introductions.
  • Check in clients for Massage and guide them through their experience.
  • Manage bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Perform water testing and basic facility checks.
  • Clean and prepare Float Rooms, Sauna, and other spaces before and after use.
  • Handle payments and complete daily sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer and marketing data in the system.
  • Support community events and expos as needed.
  • Open and close the studio confidently and responsibly.
  • Capture and share photos, stories, and posts as part of our marketing plan.
  • Participate in quarterly photo/video shoots for marketing content.
  • Complete all other reasonable tasks that contribute to the smooth running of O-Studio.

You're someone who:

  • Brings positive energy and genuinely cares about people.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is confident in having sales conversations and building rapport.
  • Is detail-oriented, organised, and reliable.
  • Enjoys wellness, health, or fitness and wants to grow in this space.
  • Has customer service or hospitality experience (bonus if in wellness or fitness).
