About the Role

You'll lead a team of testers (typically 3–10), managing delivery while remaining hands-on with testing activities. The role spans system, integration, UAT, and automation testing, with scope to strengthen domain-specific test strategies. You'll work closely with peers and stakeholders, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Forsta, with exposure to Databricks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage testers across multiple projects
  • Drive delivery of testing activities across system, integration, UAT, and automation
  • Collaborate with peers to embed effective test strategies
  • Adapt to diverse tools and technologies in a complex environment

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven delivery experience in testing leadership roles
  • Strong background in system integrations and upgrades
  • Experience in highly complex environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Forsta (ideal), Databricks (nice-to-have)
  • Ability to adapt to varied tools and technologies
  • Experience in data, survey, or collections environments would be beneficial but is not a deal breaker.
