About the Role:

Assisting in the preparation of bakery food items for Fergbaker including sandwiches and breakfast items.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the preparation and production of bakery items by following established recipes and procedures.
• Consistently monitoring stock levels to ensure availability and minimize waste.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work areas as needed.
• Upholding Health and Safety policies and food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Working a 40 hours per week
• Early morning shifts, earliest shift starts at 4am - having your afternoons and evenings free
• Friendly and a can do attitude
• Being able to work in a fast paced, team environment
