Production Supervisor

Bring your leadership and production expertise to drive performance, quality and efficiency in our lamb further processing operations. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Production Manager.

What you'll do:

• Lead and motivate your team to meet daily production plans.
• Ensure staffing, training, and workflow run smoothly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and safety.
• Manage hazards, incidents, and compliance to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.
• Minimise downtime through proactive planning and coordination with maintenance.
• Complete accurate reports, admin, and payroll data on time.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to key projects.

What you'll bring:

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in meat or lamb processing.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, OSH and MPI regulations.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel).
• A hands-on, team-focused approach and commitment to operational excellence.
