Ko te mahi | Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Group Property Manager, you'll have responsibility for the effective operation and statutory compliance of the a property portfolio under the ownership or administration of the Trust. This critical role encompasses facilities management, lease administration, tenant liaison, regulatory compliance, , asset maintenance programmes, and negotiation of service contracts. You'll be instrumental in maintaining high occupancy rates, optimising rental collections and outgoing recoveries, and ensuring the Trust's properties operate at peak performance while delivering exceptional service to our tenants and stakeholders.

Tohu me te wheako | Qualifications & Experience

  • A relevant Property Bachelor's Degree or Facilities Management qualification
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in property and facilities management
  • Proven experience with contracts and negotiations
  • Experience managing maintenance budgets and capital works projects
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and health & safety requirements
  • Experience working with governance structures and Board relationships
