What You'll Do:

  • Act as a key point of contact for client and intermediated enquiries, ensuring smooth policy processing transactions.
  • Contribute to strategies that drive customer retention and growth, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Provide timely and accurate policy and underwriting advice to colleagues, supporting efficient processing and credit control.
  • Assist with policy processing and credit control tasks as needed.
  • Support the training of new employees to ensure a smooth transition and growth within the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, ideally with a background in commercial or rural insurance and working with intermediaries
  • Familiarity with Solvit and Committ systems
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Coaching and training experience
  • A collaborative and solution-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
