  • Design and deliver integrated marketing and education programmes, including seasonal campaigns, public events, and school initiatives.
  • Drive behaviour change campaigns that make a real impact on water literacy and customer choices.
  • Segment audiences and tailor communications for different customer groups.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Oversee website content and customer collateral, making it clear, accurate, and easy to understand.
  • Lead a small team, providing coaching and clear direction.

  • Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years' experience in senior communications roles, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns and brand management.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience in behaviour change marketing and education-focused campaigns.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and collaborative.
  • Skilled at audience segmentation and tailoring messages for diverse customer needs.
  • Experience in local government or public sector (desirable).
