Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You'll work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to prepare high-quality dishes, maintain standards, and support a culture of excellence in every plate.

Shift available – 3:00am – 11:30am

Key Responsibilities

•    Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, following established recipes.

•    Maintain portion control, quality control, and minimize waste.

•    Assist with sauces, soups, hot dishes, and pantry items for service and events.

•    Monitor food storage and cleanliness to meet hotel standards.

•    Support stock requisition and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

•    Comply with WH&S guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

What We're Looking For

•    Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy fast-paced kitchen.

•    Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.

•    Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.

•    Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

•    Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

•    A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
