Why you will love this role:

Tahua has
significant growth plans, and key to this is our property strategy. To support
this key strategic initiative this role will support the Property teams, and
other Executive leaders, on a range of legal matters across commercial leases,
general lease management, commercial and property agreements/contracts.  In this role you will deliver the following:

• Negotiation and
  drafting of all leases, renewals, rent review documentation.
• Development of the
  strategy and implementation of a consistent legal approach to all property
  manners including standardised terms and relevant policies and procedures
• Negotiation and
  drafting of all Sales and Purchase agreements for property acquisitions and
  disposals.
• Provision of tailored legal advice on a broad range of issues including
  general commercial contracts, privacy, data protection and consumer law. Advice to
  include summary of relevant legal position and risks and opportunities
  associated with various options.

What you will bring to the role:

You will have huge energy and determination, and can
demonstrate the following:

• 3 plus years post qualified experience in
  private practice, or in-house legal environment.
• Current practising certificate (or the right to hold a practising
  certificate).
• Sound knowledge of commercial and property law.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with
  an ethical approach and unquestionable integrity.
• Experienced legal negotiator, skilled at
  achieving "win-win" outcomes and strong relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
  skills, including the capacity to produce high-quality reports, analysis and
  presentations under tight deadlines.
• Well organised, effective time management – with
  the ability to handle a complex, shifting, varied workload.
