We're looking for an Admin Assistant with strong finance capability who shares our commitment to collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
This full-time role is split between finance administration and general office support, making you a central point of contact for our ~30 staff onsite and external customers.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Frontline reception: phones, visitors, and general enquiries.
Coordinate job creation, tracking, and completion in the system.
Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and service provider relationships.
Support workshop and project teams with documentation and scheduling.
Enter and manage staff timesheets, liaise with payroll, and assist with onboarding.
Maintain health and safety documentation and support compliance initiatives.
Finance Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, debtor follow-up, and reconciliations.
Support month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance documentation.
Assist with intercompany transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records and identify process improvements.
About You
We're seeking someone who:
Has 3+ years of experience in finance or administration.
Is tech savvy – especially Microsoft suite.
Excellent customer service – phones, written and in-person.
Experience in accounting/ERP systems.
Communicates clearly, collaborates across teams, and solves problems proactively.
Is values-aligned: In-sync, Grit, and Professional.
Holds NZ permanent work rights and ideally a full NZ Class 1 Driver's Licence.
