Our farming division plays a critical role in delivering premium products while supporting sustainable practices across the value chain.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Shepherd General to join our team at Tapere Station, an 870ha sheep and beef breeding property located in Wharekopae, approximately 60 minutes west of Gisborne.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a shepherding role
• A capable and reliable team of working dogs
• Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A positive attitude and willingness to engage across all aspects of the farming operation
• A solid understanding of and commitment to health and safety practices
