Come and
join our friendly team in Sunny Taranaki We are looking for people who are
passionate about supporting others to achieve their goals. You will be reporting to the Team
Coach and will work with a friendly and culturally diverse team of Registered
Health Professionals and Support Workers; all with a
common purpose of supporting people experiencing mental distress.  

This is a permanent, full-time position based in New Plymouth. You will
be working Tuesday - Saturday, 7am – 3:30pm.

Responsibilities include:

Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.Connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilienceHelp people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter mostFoster positive change for a more positive lifeProvide medication support for our people

NZ full driver's licenceCurrent first aid certificate or be willing to obtain oneApplicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent. Support Worker experience or similarSound knowledge and understanding of the primary care sectorKnowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi
