We are recruiting an experienced HR Coordinator for a 3 month fixed term contract with a well established client based in Orewa. This role offers a strong opportunity to go permanent for the right person. Early January start.

- Location: Orewa
- Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum Pro-Rata
- Contract: 3 month fixed term with potential to extend or go permanent
About the role
You will support the HR team with day to day coordination across the employee lifecycle. A strong working knowledge of Workday is essential, as this system will be used daily.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR administration across onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records within Workday
- Support payroll processes and reporting
- Assist with contracts, letters, and policy documentation
- Provide general HR support to managers and employees
About you
- Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
- Hands on experience using Workday is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Available to start in early January
