.As an underticketer, your job is to ensure our customers are declaring their freight adequately for both size and weight. You will have a keen attention to detail and a driven mindset to deliver results and meet the targets of the business. This role is no walk in the park, it can be both physically and mentally demanding. You will need to be able to lift up to 25kgs and often handle bulky / oversize freight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Capture underticketed freight during our freight consolidation shift.
- Adhering to company national standards of service excellence at all times
- Occasional freight handling / sorting
- Assisting in operational and admin duties like freight-sorting, scanning, reporting, etc.
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 4pm – 6pm. This role includes an incentive scheme.
