Legal Executive/Solicitor

The Role:

Reporting to Partners, you will be able to align yourself with a high performing and driven team. This is a fast paced and dynamic firm where you will be working with private and commercial clients on residential conveyancing matters, commercial leasing and settlements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to:

• Maintain client relationships and act on instructions throughout the property transaction relating to buying, selling, and developing property & Business.
• Facilitate all property transactions from pre-contract to post-settlement phases .
• Assist and support the Partners as and when required.
• Liasing with clients, surveyor, banks and council;
• Drafting and execution of easements, covenants and encumbrances;
• Obtaining new titles with easements, covenants and encumbrances;

And all other matters relating to Conveyancing & Commercial.

About You:

• This role would suit experienced solicitor or an experienced Legal Executive that has 1+ years' experience and ready to take on a new challenge.
• Be confident in the commercial, residence conveyancing process.
• Previous knowledge or exposure to commercial leasing, development and subdivisions is must.
• Team driven, keen to support and share knowledge, able to work in a cohesive and collaborative environment.
