About Us: The Hill Pukekohe is a premier luxury retirement village, located on 11 hectares toward the lower reaches of Pukekohe Hill. With construction just starting, the landscape team will have plenty of work in front of them. There will be 100+ villas and communal facilities such as a health spa, clubhouse, café, boutique care facility, and more. We are committed to creating a beautiful, serene environment for our residents, and we're looking for a talented landscaper to help us bring our vision to life. We are a family business that promotes an excellent work culture.

The Role Includes:

• Shaping and designing gardens
• Curb preparation
• Plant layout and installation
• Mulch installation
• Lawn preparation (ready lawn, hand seeding, hydro seeding)
• Excavating service trenches and garden dig-outs (depending on experience)

Hours: You can expect to work between 45-50 hours per week, depending on weather conditions.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Can read and interpret landscaping plans
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Is capable and willing to perform physical labour
• Enjoys working in a team environment but can also work independently
• Is willing to assist in other areas as needed
• Holds a full NZ class 2 driver's license (ability to drive manual and a WTR endorsement is an advantage)
• Can work in all weather conditions
• Is eager to learn new techniques and processes
