The Talent Acquisition Role – Business Support

Join our supportive and high performing team and partner with our inspirational and supportive Consultants to source and assess the very best talent in market, across temporary and permanent roles.

The purpose of this role is to provide talent, for live roles alongside managing our temp talent pool for future vacancies, to ensure we can connect our customers with the right skills and person when they need it most, you'll:

  • Write compelling ads and screen top talent
  • Assessing applications & proactively source talent via our database, Seek and LinkedIn
  • Interview candidates to uncover motivations and career goals
  • Backgrounds checks, administration and onboarding
  • Manage and nurture our talent pools
  • Bring fresh thinking to candidate care and sourcing strategies
  • Work at pace, leaving no stone un-turned, delivering top talent quickly

You have previous recruitment or candidate management experience, ideally within a busy, temp/volume environment.
