About Us

Pengelly Engineers is Auckland's leading residential steel fabricator, and we need a Fabricator welder all-rounder to work in our West Auckland workshop.

About the Role

You will be a Welder fabricator by qualification or experience

  • You will be a ticketed welder an all-rounder who can weld MIG, TIG, stainless and aluminum. (Tickets must be current)
  • You will be able to read workshop drawings and have a high level of accuracy.
  • What you need to be successful:
  • Be motivated, show initiative and have good problem-solving skills
  • Be a team player with common sense and perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Be reliable, committed, and honest with a positive attitude
  • Outstanding communication and verbal English skills
  • Be physically fit, self-motivated and a team player with a great work ethic.
  • Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
  • The successful applicant must be eligible to work in New Zealand either as a resident or by holding a current work visa that allows an immediate start (No AEWV visa holders please)
