INHIS Time Fire Protection is well-known Auckland based company in the fire protection industry. We cover all aspects, including fire system design, installation, and ongoing testing and maintenance of fire systems. We are seeking a Sprinkler Fitter to join our team in Auckland on a full-time basis. As a Sprinkler Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
What you'll be doing
Installing, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems according to industry standards and regulations
Diagnosing and repairing any issues or faults with existing sprinkler systems
Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of sprinkler system installations
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work performed
Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures
What we're looking for
Relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years or a related diploma trade, or bachelor degree in any field.
Strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
