About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retails Sales Associate to join our team in our Manawa Bay Store. This is a casual role for the Christmas period, ideal for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, and available to work a flexible holiday schedule.

You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with their purchases answering questions and providing product information
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with stock management and replenishing shelves
  • Support the store team with various tasks as needed
  • Drive sales by engaging customers and offering helpful recommendations
