- Champion digital sales through training, tools, and strategic support.

- Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling client proposals.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and lead proactive initiatives.
- Use insights and market intelligence to shape strategy and drive growth.
- Build strong relationships across clients, agencies, and internal teams.
- Lead with innovation, always seeking ways to improve and evolve our digital offering.
You're a confident communicator with at least 3 years' experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing. You understand the digital landscape and have a proven track record of growing revenue through smart strategy and client-focused solutions. Familiarity with performance media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic is a plus. You're collaborative, adaptable, and always up for a challenge.
