The Role:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Success and Project Coordination Intern to support client engagement, project execution, and internal coordination efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to global client servicing and learning operations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and supporting key client accounts across markets
  • Support project coordination including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, and operations) for seamless delivery of engagements
  • Conduct basic research and prepare reports or meeting summaries
  • Provide administrative support for documentation, data entry, and internal communication follow-ups
  • Ensure timely communication and task follow-through on assigned responsibilities
Ideal Profile:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office tools
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced setup
