About the role  

Our Business Programmes are designed to champion NZ's most consumer-friendly businesses and makers of the best products in the market. Our Recommended, People's Choice and Trusted licences are used by leading companies like Resene, 100% Home, MAS, Simplicity and more. And our market research and product data provides valuable insights to businesses across NZ.

The Business Programmes Coordinator will work closely with our Business Development Manager to deliver an efficient and effective sales pipeline and ensure our clients get a great customer experience.

Role responsibilities

  • Administrative support for sourcing leads and organising meetings.

  • Creating compelling proposals and presentations for clients.

  • Creating, delivering and closing contracts in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Organising the future pipeline of sales based on upcoming reports, tests or expiring contracts.

  • Accurate and up to date use of our Customer Relationship Management system (Hubspot).

  • Consumer Trusted audit and reporting support including research into a company's policies, social media presence and analysing and converting mystery shopping reports.

  • Organising licence images and other Business Programmes collateral.

  • Organising Member Deals from partner companies and managing the list of deals.

  • Meeting support including comms and notetaking.

  • Providing support and cover to your team as required.

  • Coordination of stakeholder events.

  • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resources effectively.

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of the team to deliver high-quality, timely results.

  • Self-motivation, a strong sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative and follow through without close supervision.

  • Highly developed organisational skills and work prioritisation.

  • Skilled at identifying potential problems and coming up with effective solutions.

  • Ability to represent business perspectives within Consumer NZ.

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgements.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and digital literacy.
