The Role:

Managing a counter for this prestigious brand is an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your talents, from makeup application to diagnosing skincare concerns and leading a team of Beauty Advisors, this role offers it all This role is varied and will require you to:

  • Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor.
  • Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow your business.
  • Be confident in applying products, recommending products and closing the sale.
  • Share your passion for the brand and all their exciting offerings.

About You:

We are seeking a Counter Manager to join our team who has:

  • Experience in a retail industry working towards KPIs and sales targets is essential.
  • A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store in a confident friendly manner.
  • Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry would be an advantage.

This position is full time and involves working on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday roster.
