Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small to medium residential construction projects on-site.
• Perform renovation and alteration work, as well as new build processes.
• Work independently while also supporting and training new staff.
• Demonstrate effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Embrace and implement new ideas related to processes and quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential construction and renovation work.
• A positive and active outlook on life, with a strong desire to contribute to team success.
• Exceptional timekeeping and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take the initiative on-site.
• Willingness to mentor and train new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
