The Downer Transport & Infrastructure operation are proud to be servicing the Road Maintenance Contract in the Kaipara District. We're excited to recruit talent from your communities to maintain the local roading network

We are looking for Labourers, STMS, and Patrol Persons to join our Cyclic Crew.

The crew will be based from our offices in Dargaville. All positions are Full-Time, Permanent opportunities, with 40 hours guaranteed each week. Our crew roles are aligned to the Waikato/BOP Regions AWUNZ union agreement where overtime, allowances and other penal rates are on offer.

Vacancies

• General Construction Labourers - Hands-on labouring support for all maintenance activities. Class 1 license required. Physical work experience in a civil construction environment is beneficial.

• Road Maintenance Patrol-people - Roam the Kaipara network performing minor road maintenance works. Class 2 license, Wheels, Tracks & Rollers (WTR) endorsements, and Traffic Management warrant advantageous.

• Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) A/B - Perform Temporary Traffic Management to maintain the safety of our crew and the public. Experienced Traffic Management professionals with Class 1/2 licenses and STMS warrant desirable.

• A keen interest in developing your skillset and training to execute road maintenance and construction works.

• Relevant licenses are beneficial.
