Job Description As a Learning and Development Manager you will:Champion, develop, and evaluate new and existing future-ready programmes that maximise learning and real-world skill transfer.Facilitate early career up to mid management programmes.Co-design programmes with internal and external stakeholders that are responsive, relevant, effective and engaging.Develop and manage end-to-end programme plans, including pre-programme logistics, delivery support and post-programme review.Provide advice on learning strategies, capability uplift and sustained performance support.Effectively communicate the rationale and impact of learning initiatives evidencing how they enable and empower people.Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand priorities and emerging needs.Contribute to an inclusive team that champions a culture of authenticity, growth and connectedness.Coach and develop members of the L&D team using strength-based approaches to improve practice.Foster strong collaborative relationships with regional and global colleagues and L&D networks. Qualifications Your expertise:Bring your core experience in facilitation and leading programmes and see what impact you can make.You'll also have:At least 5 years of programme management experience with consistent, positive gains for learnersStrong knowledge of adult-learning theory, programme design and evaluationProven facilitation skills and proficiency delivering inclusive, multi-modal learning experiences and using learning management systems.Excellent communication and relationship-management skills across all levels and complexities.Ability to develop trust and credibility, with a growth mindset and a collaborative, consultative approach.Strong attention to detail, agility in decision-making, and willingness to change direction based on sound judgement and data.
