ROLE IMPACT As a highly creative Intermediate Designer, you will play a central role in shaping the visual identity of ZURU's Pet brands. You'll craft visual assets that bring product stories to life while ensuring brand consistency across all touch points. You'll assist with creative execution across photography, pitching decks, digital showroom assets, social content , and more. Working closely with Global Marketing and other key teams, you'll translate product narratives into visually engaging work that aligns with brand strategy.  What you'll do
  • Design & Content Creation
  • Design Development: Create and develop innovative design solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines across digital assets, print collateral, and brand campaigns.
  • Briefs: Craft comprehensive creative briefs for both in-house and external creative teams.
  • Prototypes + Mockups: Produce prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visualize design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
  • Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets to ensure easy accessibility for team members.
  • Image & Video Editing: Handle colour correction and grading for images and videos where required.
  • Packaging: Make minor updates to existing packaging artwork.
  • Other Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as directed by management from time to time.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the Design Leads and Design Project Manager to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Leadership Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and refine their skills.
  • Project Leadership: Take the lead on design projects when needed, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.
  • Conceptualisation & Innovation: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Lead and actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, proposing solutions that align with project goals and market trends.
  • Skill Development & Innovation
  • Creative Opportunities: Identify and suggest creative opportunities within the Pet Vertical.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with innovative design trends and techniques.
  • Industry Trends: Monitor key competitor trends and industry standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Pursue learning opportunities to enhance technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (or other areas identified by you and/or your manager).
