Your Role: Procurement Specialist
Based in our Upper Hutt office, you'll support our sales and operations teams with all things procurement. From managing sales and purchase orders to coordinating product deliveries and renewals, you'll be the go-to person for smooth procurement processes. You'll maintain inventory, liaise with suppliers, and provide essential support to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
What You Will Be Doing Day to Day
- Manage and process sales and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with company and project requirements.
- Support the sales team with quoting, order management, and client communication.
- Maintain ConnectWise to track license renewals, agreements, and sales activity.
- Liaise with suppliers such as Pax8, Ingram Micro and Dicker Data, to monitor order status, delivery, and manage backorders.
- Assist with warranty claims and provide product information to clients.
- Coordinate small contract renewals, including quoting and paperwork.
- Maintain stock levels, monitor inventory movements, and conduct stocktaking as needed.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Provide insights into the latest technology trends and product options.
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in administration or procurement
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Familiarity with ConnectWise is a bonus
- Background in sales support or IT procurement is a plus
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructure and technology solutions
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and maintain positive relationships
- Team player who takes initiative and adapts quickly to changes

Requirements:
- Based in the Wellington Region
- NZ Citizenship/Permanent Residency or valid work visa
- Clean full NZ driver's license (some driving is required)
