We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Bar Duty Manager to lead and support our team,

Task & Responsibilities:


• Oversee all aspects of bar & cafe operations, including general service, cleanliness and operations.


• Strong communication skills and a passion to deliver a consistent, high-level guest experience.


• Lead and supervise Part- Time bar & café staff


• Manage inventory and stock levels


• Maintain impeccable standards of resort presentation and cleanliness


• Ensure our customer expectations are exceeded at every interaction


• Maximise profitability and revenue generation.


• Work closely with the Park Manager to ensure smooth running of the bar & café operations.


• Maintaining health and safety standards around the Pool area.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Valid Duty Manager's Certificate' required


• Previous experience in hospitality or duty management


• Experience with Staff Management


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Demonstrate 'hands on' leadership


• Strong leadership, problem-solving and customer service skills with a strong guest focus.


• Building effective relationships and creating a team culture


• Organisational and time management skills


• Confident computer skills.


• Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster
