As we continue to innovate, we are seeking a dynamic Outbound Account Manager to join our team and drive sales excellence.

As an Outbound Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts. Your primary goal will be to maximize customer retention, increase active customer count, revenue, and sales profitability, with a focus on encouraging digital sales and reactivating previous or inactive customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with Territory Account Managers to discuss schedules, objectives, and targets
  • Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and digital sales
  • Generate and increase sales and revenue through organic growth and new business development
  • Use CRM with all sales activity, including phone calls, emails, and notes
  • Enhance product knowledge through supplier training and webinars

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years outbound sales experience, preferably with products
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Skilled at call cycle management
  • Experienced working with CRM and ERP Systems
  • Practical knowledge of the hospitality industry (advantageous)
  • Confident and articulate phone manner essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook (essential)
  • Experience with Power BI analytical tool (advantageous)
