Desktop Support

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our support team on a permanent basis.

The primary responsibility of this role involves providing onsite desktop support and working with a broad range of technologies, while supporting and liaising with one of our key clients on a daily basis. Leverage the opportunity to increase your knowledge and work with various technologies & platforms while being backed by our ANZ support team.

Duties:

• Provide onsite support for escalated level 1&2 incidents & service requests
• Assisting with managing the local area network and its components
• Imaging new computers as per corporate guidelines
• Active Directory user administration
• Leveraging Microsoft Intune for pc/user management
• Triage level 3 issues/incidents and liaise with third party vendors
• Assist with Asset lifecycle management

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate the following:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills (over the phone and face to face)
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office suite
• Microsoft 365 suite of applications
• Working Knowledge of Active Directory
• Excellent Time Management & Organisational Skills
• Excellent Communication & Written Skills
