Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our cross-functional team, helping to design, build and deliver secure, scalable cloud services that create real value for our customers. You'll work across our tech stack (C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, React), collaborating closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to solve complex problems, drive technical improvements and mentor team members in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What you will do

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and maintainable cloud services using C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript and React
• Deliver customer value continuously in small, incremental releases to production
• Partner with product managers and designers to address open ended customer challenges
• Collaborate across teams on larger technical initiatives, architectural improvements and production operations
• Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented team culture
• Contribute to technical decision making, ensuring solutions are aligned with team goals and sound engineering principles

About you

• 5+ years experience designing, developing and operating cloud-based software at scale
• Strong skills in one or more of the following: C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, React
• Proven track record of delivering secure, high-performance and maintainable systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Sound technical judgment, balancing trade offs to meet goals and manage risk
• Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous environments with inter-team dependencies
• Experience working in distributed teams within global engineering organisations
• Growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
