Legal Executive - Residential & Commercial Property Law

We are looking for a motivated Legal Executive to join a dynamic team of residential and commercial property law experts. This role offers the opportunity to work with interesting and diverse clients while developing your career in property law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, taking instructions and applying your skills to deliver excellent outcomes.
  • Handle residential property transactions and refinances.
  • Prepare Sale and Purchase Agreements.
  • Assist first-home buyers, including KiwiSaver withdrawals.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Support the Partner and team members on more complex matters.

About You:

We are seeking a Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience in property law and the following attributes:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in conveyancing, land law, and property transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player who can build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with a "can do" attitude.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and able to use initiative to keep tasks moving and solve problems.
  • Eager to put your skills and experience to good use, delivering great outcomes for clients and the team.
